Apple's big iPhone reveal event will be held in the new Steve Jobs Theatre at the company's headquarters in Cupertino. Both the 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch iPhones will be coming with OLED displays just as the iPhone X.
Apple's event invitation made heavy use of the colour gold, fueling speculation on social media that the company plans to launch a gold-coloured successor to the iPhone X, which was made available only in silver and grey past year.
The Apple iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 4 will be unveiled during a special event at Apple's spaceship campus on September 12. It's rumored to come in new colors, too, but which colors those will be remains unknown.
The Apple event has been scheduled for September 12 this year, which is the same date on which the iPhone maker company organized the event last year.
The processing speeds and camera will be the biggest improvements over last year's iPhone X, and some global models are also rumoured to have dual-SIM slots. The cameras will be improved from the iPhone X and the processors will be faster.

The image shows a watch with what appears to be an edge-to-edge display, a more advanced watch face, and some subtle design tweaks. At the same time, there'll also been speculation about a new Mac mini, Apple's compact desktop computer. It will also be accompanied by a brand new version of the Apple Watch called the Series 4.
A year on, we'd expect Apple to add a very easy to calculate 10% on to the 2017 rate.
The AppleWatch will reportedly receive a bigger screen without increasing the overall casing size, while the iPad Pro should also be upgraded to lost their home buttons and feature Face ID.
