Pogba becoming increasingly frustrated at Manchester United

There are strong rumours of Pogba's relationship with United boss Jose Mourinho breaking down beyond retrieval at the root of this transfer talk.

Sky Italy said that Barca offered £45 million plus Colombian defender Yerry Mina and Portuguese defender Andre Gomes in exchange for the French World Cup victor.

Back in 2016, the 25-year-old completed his move back to Old Trafford for a-then world record fee, but things could have been very different according to one of Barcelona's directors.

Now, as per a report by Gianluca Di Marzio, Barcelona tried to make an offer for Pogba, which included two of their players and cash, but United rejected the same. Recently, he was one of the protagonists of the French team that won the World Cup in Russian Federation.

The Mail published a story earlier this week with the headline, "I want Paul Pogba out of Manchester United" - a misleadingly fabricated quote attributed to Raiola.

The transfer deadline for English sides does not prevent clubs from selling players overseas after the deadline, meaning Barcelona can continue to tempt United - but the Red Devils won't be able to sign a replacement!

Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport claims the Croatian will meet with club president Florentino Perez to express his desire to leave the club.
