New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman filed a lawsuit Sunday against The Weinstein Company (TWC), Harvey Weinstein and Bob Weinstein for alleged state civil rights violations.

The Attorney General's lawsuit alleges that company executives and board members repeatedly failed to protect employees from their then-CEO's unrelenting sexual harassment, intimidation, and discrimination.

The NYPD is also investigating rape allegations against Harvey Weinstein.

"To work for Harvey Weinstein was to work under a persistent barrage of gender-based obscenities, vulgar name-calling, sexualized interactions, threats of violence, and a workplace general hostile to women", according to court papers. The suit references the Weinstein Company's COO, but does not use Glasser's name.

A Weinstein attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
