Manchester United want to bring Lucas Moura to the Premier League - but Paris Saint-Germain's demands could scupper any deal from occurring.

Reports in France claimed on Tuesday that PSG were reluctant to sanction a loan deal, prompting Man United to reach an agreement with the 25-year-old over a permanent transfer.

Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Metro) reported the Ligue 1 leaders want £35 million for the winger, but the Red Devils wish to initially take the player on loan.

It now remains to be seen if United and PSG can agree terms.

It is believed that a sum in the range of €25 million will be agreed by the two clubs.

Starbucks said it would also continue the 25 pence (28 euro cent) discount it already offers to customers who bring their own cup. MPs are calling for a 25p " latte levy " on every cup of coffee taken away from a cafe in a cardboard cup, " Sky News " reveals.

But is Moura the right fit for Manchester United?

After earning a victory over Everton at Goodison Park and following that up with a win in the FA Cup over Derby, United now have back-to-back wins and with the January transfer window opening, things are starting to look a bit more promising.

Moura has played only 79 minutes in all competitions for PSG so far this season, scoring just one goal and assisting one further strike.

The Old Trafford giants have been linked with Moura but it appears as if they are still some way off any deal being agreed. I need to concentrate on improving at PSG. All our current options in the wing department are either central attacking midfielders told to play on the wing or strikers such as Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford being deployed on the wings.

A report emanating from France this morning claims that PSG star Lucas Moura's representatives are trying to push him towards joining Liverpool this month, according to French media outlet Le Parisien.
