Bucks' Antetokounmpo leads all players in 2018 NBA All-Star voting

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is the leading vote-getter among all players with 863,416 and finds himself ahead of Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James by nearly 7,500 votes. He only trailed Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo and LeBron James.

Golden State's Kevin Durant leads the Western Conference by 32, 287 votes over his teammate Stephen Curry. In the Eastern Conference there are only two other players with at least 300,000 votes, Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid and New York Knicks forward Kristaps Porzingis.

Simmons is now sitting in the fourth spot behind Kyrie Irving, DeMar DeRozan, and Victor Oladipo in the East guards category.

In the west, Durant and New Orleans Pelicans pair Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins are the top three in the frontcourt.

Under a new All-Star Game format that replaces the traditional matchup between the Eastern Conference and the Western Conference, the team rosters will be chosen by two captains from the pool of players voted as starters and reserves. Draymond Green is now sitting in fourth-place among Western Conference forwards with 325,612 votes, and Klay Thompson is in fourth-place among guards with 359,442 votes.
