Hyderabad man burns woman to death in public for rejecting marriage proposal


A 28-year-old jilted lover set a woman ablaze in public view in Telangana's Secunderabad after she rejected his marriage proposal, police said on Friday. The police made a decision to get the victim's statement (Dying Declaration) recorded through a magistrate.
