Authorities said that three people were killed, including the shooter, following a shooting at a New Mexico high school. They did not identify the suspected shooter as a student at the school or say how the suspect died.

Bloomfield Police said earlier over Facebook that there was an "active shooter" at the school, but amended the statement to "shooting".
